howdy nyall I'd like to remind you guys I have a Patreon: www.patreon.com/hlkpro and I put up a lot more stuff there than I do here, namely sketches and WIPs of stuff that'll be weeks before I put them here.

Every dollar counts, and lately some patrons have been dropping out for various reasons, so sufficed to say I'm a little anxious about income. If you aren't able to pledge, that's fine! Support and letting other people who might be interested in doing so also help!

I'm deciding to close my commissions for an unknown amount of time, which means after I'm finished the ones in my queue I won't be taking any more until I feel I'm comfortable to do it again. The reason for this is... Honestly, I'm tired of the way a small portion of people have treated me as clients, especially when they think they can bend the rules by knowing me on a more familiar level. Rushed deadlines and demanding attitudes hidden behind fake compliments are weighing me down, and even though I'm nowhere near a good financial place at this moment I can't do it. I don't have the patience to put up with that treatment, and it ruins it for every other nice and patient person who I talk to.

i'm completely bone dry on finances rn (like i've got about $20 comfortably in my bank account) and it's..... it's only two months into the semester. and i know what you're thinking "ivy shouldnt you have budgeted?" yeah i did budget but shit got whack and now i'm not only broke but i'm also JUST started anti-depressants so i'm spiraling from the side-effects.
